Continuous Passive Motion Machine - CPM
The use of the CPM post op has proven its benefit to reduce pain and swelling post ligament reconstruction. When combined with the use of the cryo-cuff and modern pain control, the ligament reconstruction is much less formidible than in the past.

Aircast Walking Cast
This cast is indicated for the undisplaced and stable fractures of the foot and ankle. It can also be used in post-op situations that are stable, but need to start early aggressive range of motion exercises. The cast may be removed to bath, and to do range of motion exercsise.

Aircast Ankle Stirrup
This splint is indicated for the grade 2 ankle sprain, that is stable, but needs protection. It allows the ankle to plantar and dorsiflex, but prevents inversion of the ankle. The air pads help to massage the soft tissue swelling, reducing the tissue edema. After the initial pain and swelling has subsided, the athlete may return to play using the stirrup inside a high top boot.

Aircast Achilles Pump
The aircast Achilles pump is used for the chronic achilles tendinitis that needs to be massaged to increase the blood supply to the injured area. It is worn inside a high top boot during the day. When walking the air is pumped from the heel pad to the pads around the Achilles tendon. This should be used in conjunction with physiotherapy.
